After two heart attacks, I had to rebuild from the ground up. I did not begin with a perfect plan, a full program, or a dramatic reinvention. I started with the simplest thing I could repeat: a walk.
Over time, walking became more than movement. It became a daily reminder that faith is lived in steps, obedience is practiced in ordinary moments, and clarity usually comes while you are already moving.
I am a husband and father before I am a builder, which is why the systems matter. Redeemed time is not just about doing more. It is about being present for what God has already entrusted to me.
