The six areas the audit sorts between

• Follow ThroughThe decisions get made, then live in your head until they turn urgent or quietly expire.
• MemoryThe process exists in exactly one place, your head, so it cannot be repeated or handed over.
• HandoffEach tool works. You are what fills the gap between them, and that shows up on no list.
• PriorityThe plumbing works. The list has no opinion, so whoever asked most recently wins.

What the audit looks at: where useful things land, how you get them back, what you repeat by hand, what happens to a decision, what your calendar carries, how you use AI right now, how many tools you are holding together, and what got dropped last month.
